Workin’ 9 to 5

Sheryl Sandberg’s recent comment about leaving the office at 5:30pm got me thinking about how she was never comfortable revealing this information until she had reached a position in higher management.  It’s profound to think that an issue like work-life balance is only an appropriate topic for “the boss” when in reality it’s an issue that impacts us ALL…including working men!
